Dr. Jie Shen is a master acupuncturist from China. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist in NY, NJ and PA, the former acupuncture service provider in Horizon Family Medical Group (2002-2005). Due to her significant contributions to the local community in Orange County NY, she has been featured in numerous newspapers and magazine articles.
She has a strong background in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture.
She graduated from Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine with an five-year full time combination medical program including Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture and modern Western medicine. After graduation, she served First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a M.D. doctor for six years. It is noteworthy to be mentioned that during her study and work in China, she also took part in several research projects in treating various diseases and disorders. Her tenacity and steadiness in these research works brought her plentiful and substantial research achievements and scientific publications. Dr. Jun Li
Dr. Li is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) in the state of New Jersey and New York, Dr. Li is board certified by the NCCAOM in acupuncture. Dr. Li got touch with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since he was teenager. He learned the fundamental knowledge of TCM from his grandfather who is senior TCM practitioner. Since then, he found out TCM is very interesting and planned to become a doctor in TCM. After he graduated from the prestigious New York College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Mineola, New York, Dr. Li had a unique privilege to travel throughout East Asia and China to further his research and understanding of acupuncture.
Today, Dr. Li proudly serves the Bergen County to provide patients with a holistic approach to treat and address the physical, spiritual, and environmental causes of illness. Using integrated and modernized techniques, Dr. Li has experience treating a plethora of ailments such as pain management, arthritis, chronic fatigue, headache, stress, infertility, injury, weight loss, substance abuse addiction, and more.

Your practitioner may gently move or twirl the needles after placement.

Analysis The Health Issues
The needles remain in place for 10 to 20 minutes while you lie still and relax.
